Alvanet LLC

Terms of Service

Effective August 10, 2026 · Version 2026-08-10

These Terms govern use of MenuNearMe. Subscription terms are also displayed immediately before and during Stripe Checkout.

Service and authority

MenuNearMe is operated by Alvanet LLC and provides restaurant-page publishing, menu-image display, public URLs, permanent QR destinations, search-friendly technical structure, and private update access. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the restaurant or business you submit.

MenuNearMe is a standardized self-service platform for creating and maintaining a hosted restaurant information and menu page. It is not a general-purpose web-hosting service, custom web-development company, advertising agency, or search-engine-optimization consulting service. The platform creates a limited online presence for submitted restaurant information and uses technical features intended to help search engines discover and understand a published page. Those features do not guarantee indexing, ranking position, visibility, traffic, or business results.

Your content and responsibilities

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, and appropriateness of restaurant information, prices, hours, food claims, addresses, phone numbers, links, and images. You represent that you own or have permission to publish submitted content. You grant Alvanet LLC a nonexclusive license to host, resize, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the MenuNearMe service and, when separately authorized, a case study.

Website imports and third-party content

If you submit a website URL for an import or preview, you represent that you are authorized to act for that restaurant and that you own or have permission to retrieve, copy, modify, and publish the selected text, menus, logos, photographs, and other content. You instruct MenuNearMe to retrieve available content from that URL solely to create the requested preview or restaurant page, subject to these Terms.

A publicly accessible URL or image does not by itself establish permission to reuse its content. You remain responsible for complying with the source website’s terms, licenses, and restrictions. MenuNearMe may decline or stop an import when access is blocked, permission is uncertain, the source requires a login, or the source platform restricts automated retrieval or reuse. MenuNearMe will not bypass access controls. When an import is unavailable or uncertain, use the builder’s manual-upload option and submit only content you are authorized to use.

Private update access

The private update link is the restaurant’s credential. Keep it confidential. Actions taken through a valid private link are treated as authorized. Contact us promptly if it is lost or compromised. Replacement may invalidate prior access.

30-day trial and automatic renewal

Building and previewing a draft requires no card. Publishing a new paid page requires Stripe Checkout. The 30-day trial begins when Checkout completes and the restaurant page goes live. The selected plan automatically renews at the price and frequency shown at Checkout unless canceled before the trial or current billing period ends. Current standard prices are $19.99 per month or $191.90 per year; taxes may apply. The Checkout display controls if a price or term has changed.

By accepting the subscription terms at Checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge the selected recurring price after the trial and at each renewal until cancellation. The standard public offer is the 30-day trial shown at Checkout. Separate 90-day, no-card visibility-pilot access applies only to Mama’s Pies & Goodies and Mendoza Cafe under their existing written pilot arrangements; it is not a generally available trial or promotion and does not begin paid billing unless that restaurant later affirmatively completes Checkout.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel online through the Stripe Customer Portal reached from the private MenuNearMe link, or request assistance using the contact below. Cancellation timing and remaining access are shown in Stripe when cancellation is requested. See the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

Search and business-result disclaimer

MenuNearMe is not affiliated with, certified by, or endorsed by Google. MenuNearMe does not control Google, Apple, Bing, map providers, delivery services, social networks, or other third parties. We do not guarantee indexing, ranking, map placement, traffic, calls, orders, sales, or any commercial result. Search appearance can take substantial time or may not occur.

Acceptable use

You may not use MenuNearMe for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized activity; impersonate a business; upload content you lack rights to use; probe security; interfere with the platform; or attempt to access another restaurant’s private area.

You may not publish sexually explicit, obscene, exploitative, hateful, threatening, harassing, or abusive content; sexual solicitations; slurs or targeted degrading language; content that promotes violence or illegal activity; or any content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor. MenuNearMe is a food-business publishing platform, and such content has no legitimate place on the service.

MenuNearMe applies zero tolerance to sexual exploitation, credible threats, targeted abuse, and other serious safety violations. Alvanet LLC may immediately restrict access, unpublish the page, and preserve relevant records while reviewing the violation. Content involving suspected exploitation, abuse, or credible threats may be reported to the appropriate provider or authority when required or reasonably necessary.

Third-party services

Stripe, search engines, maps, QR services, delivery providers, and external websites are independent services. Their availability, policies, fees, and performance are outside Alvanet LLC’s control. Links do not create an endorsement or guarantee.

Customer claims and indemnification

You are responsible for claims arising from content or instructions you submit, including claims concerning ownership, copyright, trademarks, advertising, food or pricing statements, privacy, or your authority to represent a restaurant. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Alvanet LLC harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your submitted content, your unlawful use of MenuNearMe, or your material violation of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Alvanet LLC’s own unlawful conduct.

Reporting infringement

To report content that you believe infringes a copyright, trademark, or other right, email [email protected]. Identify the protected work or right, the exact MenuNearMe page and content at issue, your contact information, the basis for your claim, and a statement that the information supplied is accurate and that you are the rights owner or are authorized to act for the owner. Do not send confidential credentials or payment-card information.

Alvanet LLC may request additional information and may restrict or remove disputed content while reviewing a report. The customer who supplied the content may be notified and allowed to provide evidence of ownership, permission, or other authority. MenuNearMe may restore content when appropriate after review and may suspend repeat or serious infringers. This process does not replace any notice, counter-notice, court, agency, or other procedure required or available under applicable law.

Suspension and termination

Alvanet LLC may restrict, suspend, unpublish, or remove content or access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful activity, infringement, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent page removal and termination of access after review. Except where required by law or where Alvanet LLC determines that a duplicate, unauthorized, or processing-error charge occurred, termination for a serious or repeated violation does not entitle the customer to a refund. Cancellation or termination may end private editing and may result in the public page being unpublished or removed. Reasonable recovery, transaction-reference, consent, security, moderation, and legal records may be retained.

Availability and warranties

MenuNearMe is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Alvanet LLC disclaims implied warranties and does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free content, permanent third-party availability, or a particular business outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alvanet LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from MenuNearMe or third-party services. Alvanet LLC’s aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for MenuNearMe during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit every limitation, so lawful rights remain unaffected.

Notice and opportunity to resolve a dispute

Before filing a formal claim, you and Alvanet LLC agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue. Send written notice to [email protected] identifying the restaurant, describing the issue, and stating the requested resolution. The receiving party will have 30 days to respond and attempt a resolution. This process does not prevent either party from obtaining legal advice, contacting a government agency, using an eligible small-claims process, seeking urgent relief, or exercising a right that cannot legally be waived.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material subscription changes will be disclosed as required. These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
